VEGAN COLESLAW FOR PEOPLE WHO DON’T LIKE VEGAN FOOD. OR SALAD

You won’t believe it’s vegan. We prefer red cabbage, simply because it’s fun!

Ingredients:spud coupon 3

Dressing:
– 1/2 cup vegannaise*
– 2 tablespoons sugar*
– 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice*
– 1 tablespoon vinegar*
– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon salt

Salad
– I whole small cabbage*, diced finely
– 2 large carrots*, gated or chopped finely
– 1 green onion*, diced finely

Directions:

– Mix vegetables well in bowl large bowl
– Add dressing ingredients to a blender and blend under smooth
– Mix well. Can also sit, covered in refrigerator, for up to 2 days before serving.216 cals / 14g carbs / 18g fat / 1 g protein
