We decided to try chicken legs instead, just for a change. Super yummy and flavourful.

Serves: 4

– 8 chicken legs*
– 2 tsp. onion powder*
– 2 tsp. thyme*
– 1 tsp. garlic powder*
– 3/4 cup cornmeal*
– 2 tsp. Bragg sprinkle*
– 1/2 tsp. cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 400C
Rinse the chicken and pay dry.
Put spices in a baggie and “shake” each chicken leg to coat.
Put chicken legs on a cookie sheet and bake for 55 minutes.
Serve with rice and seasonal veggies.
