Serves: 4
– 1 lb. ground lamb*
– salt and pepper (to taste)

Add salt and pepper to lamb.
Roll into 20 meatballs.
Pre-heat oven to 375F.
Pan fry on high until brown around edges to seal in the juices (about 5 minutes).
Bake for 12 minutes, or until cooked through.
