GROUND CHICKEN STIR FRY

A quick, healthy, kid-friendly weekday meal. Low calorie and high protein.

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
– 1 lb. ground chicken*
– 3/4 cup frozen peas*
– 1 tsp. thyme*
– 1 tsp. cumin*
– 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
– 1 tsp. garlic powder*
– 1 tsp. onion powder*
– 2 tsp. Bragg’s seasoning*
– salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Stir-fry the chicken, and add spices about half-way through.
Add Worcestershire and peas and cook until peas are hot.
Serve over rice
