
EGGS WITH YAM TOAST
This is a gluten-free and lower-carb option that tastes fantastic. Simply prepare your eggs however you normally would, and serve with “toast”.
Serves: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 large yam
1 tsp. butter (optional)
Directions:
– Slice yam lengthwise into slices about 1/2 cm thick
– Peel if desired
– Place in toaster for about 5 minutes, or until desired “toastiness” is achived
– Butter if desired
– Serve with eggs, avocado, or whatever you please!
