Halibut meat is white, firm, lean and holds together well. The flavour is mild tasting so it marries well with almost any side.

Ingredients:
– 400g / 12 oz wild halibut*
– 2 tsp. Bragg’s seasoning*
– salt and pepper (to taste)
– 1 lemon*

Directions:
Season halibut with spices and lemon juice
Pan fry for 5 minutes per side
Serve with additional lemon, rice and Greek Salad
