Finishing up 2 weeks of solid training with another 3-workout day.

The past couple of weeks have been a mish-mash of killer workouts designed by the amazing Sara Gross, and a mad scramble to maintain a semblance of normalcy in our lives.

Unfortunately, even 4 weeks before Worlds, life still happens – and I am incredibly grateful to Jim for picking up the slack.

I am learning that balancing work, training, eating, and life is the key to pushing my body to its limit week after week, month after month.

4 weeks to go.

On Friday, I head to Penticton to race as part of a relay team in the Challenge Half..
