TOMATO, BACON AND AVOCADO SANDWICH

Ingredients:
– 1 tomato*
– 1 avocado*
– 6 strips bacon
– 4 slices Portofino Sourdough Bread*

Method:
– pan-fry bacon to desired crispiness
– tomato into thin slices
– slice avocado into slices or cubes, and mash
– toast bread
– assemble 2 amazing sandwiches
– Enjoy!
