QUICK AND DELICIOUS SALMON

Salmon is a delicious source of protein, and is difficult to over-cook. 

Time Required: 10 minutes

Level: Easy
Serves: 4

Ingredients:spud coupon 3

2 tbsp. coconut oil*
2 tbsp. fresh dill*
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice*
20-24 oz. fresh salmon* (5-6 oz per person)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

– Melt coconut oil in a large pan
– Grill salmon for 4 mins/side on medium heat
– Sprinkle on dill and lemon juice
– Serve with seasonal local veggies (pictured with broccoli, cucumber, radish and tomato)
