Salmon is a fabulous source of omega 3’s, protein and incredible flavour. Fresh, healthy meal for 4 in under 15 minutes? Yes please!
Time Required: 15 minutes
– 4 Wild salmon steak*
– Fresh dill*
– Salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat a pan on stove
Cook salmon for 12 minutes, flipping every minute or so.
Sprinkle dill, salt and pepper on salmon about halfway through.
Serve with seasonal veggies. We boiled broccoli and carrots. Yum!
