
QUICK AND EASY ASIAN-INSPIRED SALMON
A delicious spin on a salmon filet. I served them over rice with Greek Salad . This is high in protein, low in carbs, and gluten-free.

Ingredients:
2 3oz salmon filets*
¼ cup Braggs Soy Seasoning*
2 Tbsp maple syrup*
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp cilantro*, chopped
Preheat oven to 375ºF .
Mix all ingredients except salmon together in a large bowl.
Marinate the salmon in the glaze for 10 minutes.
Remove salmon from marinade and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at for 10 minutes.
Remove salmon from the oven and allow to rest for 3-4 minutes.
