POST-RUN RECOVERY MOCHA SMOOTHIE

I had some fun creating this one after a gorgeous 90 minute run today. I wanted lunch, but had no ambition to cook. 10 minutes later, BAM, lunch made! Kid-friendly too, just don’t add the espresso. 

Time Required: 10 minutes

Level: Easy
Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:spud coupon 3

– 2 cups unsweetened almond milk*
– 1/2 cup plain yogurt* (or vegan yogurt)
– 2 scoops Vega Chocolate Protein Powder*
– 1 banana
– 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract*
– 1 tbsp. raw honey*
– 4 oz. espresso*
– 1/2 tsp. cocoa* (for top)
– handful of ice

Directions:vega

– Throw everything in a blender.
– Blend until smooth
– Enjoy!
