
HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE-Y MUFFINS
This evening I was trying to come up with something quick, easy, and healthy that I can eat while I walk to the pool. These were the results of an experiment with ingredients I had in the house. Now I’m even more excited for tomorrow morning’s swim!
Serves: 12
Time: 25 mins.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp, Brown Sugar
1 tsp, Salt
4 Large eggs
1 Cup Flour
2 Cups Whole Milk
6 Scoops Vanilla Protein & Greens (Vega)
1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips 71% or darker
3 Tbsp Butter
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400F
Mix all ingredients until smooth
Lightly grease a muffin pan
Pour batter into muffin pan
Bake for 20 mins
