I stumbled across this idea while looking for an interesting use for hemp protein.

Hemp is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. It’s one of the few plant-based complete proteins. Hemp protein is also one of the easiest proteins to digest. It’s grain-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and vegan.  It’s also a great source of iron, calcium, and the only naturally-occurring non-meat source of Vitamin D.

This recipe is easy, quick, and makes for a great high-protein snack. Best of all, chocolate is delicious any time!muffin2
