Whipped this up this evening so I’d have lunches for the week. A great slow-cooker recipe that can be used for a family dinner as well. Super high in protein and low in carbs. 

Time Required: 15 minutes + slow cooker time

Level: Easy
Serves: 6

Ingredients:stew 1
4 carrots*, cut into 1-inch lengths
2 stalks celery*, thinly sliced
2 shallots*, diced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour*
1/8 cup Braggs all-purpose seasoning*
kosher salt*
black pepper*
1 cup frozen peas*
1 cup whole milk* or substitute
5 chicken breasts, cubed

– Toss all ingredients into slow cooker
– Cook for 3 hours on low or 6 hours on highspud coupon 3
