Time Required: 15 minutes
– 1 lb ground chicken*
– 2 t garlic powder*
– 3 T Italian seasoning
– 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes*
– In a fry pan, saute chicken until no longer pink.
– Sprinkle garlic and seasoning over chicken and stir to mix.
– Add tomatoes and heat through.
– Serve over Zoodles 181 cals / 13g carbs / 7g fat / 24g protein
