1/2 lb. asparagus*
1 tsp. butter* or coconut oil*
1/2 lemon*

– pre-heat oven to 425F
– wash and break off the tough end part of the asparagus – if you bend it, it will naturally snap off
– dry asparagus completely with paper towel
– cover a cookie sheet with foil
– coat foil with a light layer of butter or oil
– lay asparagus flat in a single layer
– bake for 6 minutes, flip, and bake for another 6 minutes
– squeeze lemon juice onto asparagus
– Enjoy!
